This policy covers the internal app OneCompanyTax on the Intuit Developer Portal. The app is used only by Tyson H. Tran / OneCompany to read our own QuickBooks Online books. It is not a public product and is not offered to customers.

What the app does

The app connects to QuickBooks Online companies we already own (including Tran Invest LLC and Typhu Homes LLC) so our internal systems can read company and bookkeeping data. Writes, updates, and deletes in QuickBooks are turned off.

Information we access

• QuickBooks Online company information and books for companies we authorize.
• Intuit OAuth tokens stored only on our private local systems.

Information we do not collect from the public

This app has no public users. We do not collect personal data from customers, guests, or other Intuit users through this app.

Sharing

We do not sell this data. Tokens and book data stay on our private systems except as needed to talk to Intuit/QuickBooks APIs we already use.
